Default If you cut a hole in your roof....

I was thinking how cool it would be to put a sunroof in my jeep....

If I cut a square in my roof and ordered something like this...
http://www.jcwhitney.com/CR-LAURENCE...1936_10101.jcw

In THEORY this would work right???
Has anyone done this?

Don't be bashful in double checking your measurements. It's a one shot deal. I wanna do the same but I'm waiting to tow in a junk I can take it out of first.

I had an XJ with a factory sun roof. I did not like it on a hot sunny day. Too much like a green house.

If you want to work up the nerve for something like this start with hood vents. If you can do the vents it will get you feeling a lot better about something like this.

The sliding ragtop is kinda cool. I'd like to hear from someone about how that works. I bet it leaks.

I could actually use that instead of a sun roof. My xj feels like a oven with the bare metal roof.
