well the blue thing is deffinitly your flasher unit....I agree with the post above...it is either a relay or wiring...good luck

Yes, that link you posted the guy stated that 2 years of production they Manuel had the wrong label for the turn signal the book says 8 where as the actual right spot for my 95 was slot 10

And right after I fixed that , which was only problem, I busted a line on my radiator and my jeep took a **** when I got home
