idler pulley bolt size

Default idler pulley bolt size
After replacing the harmonic balancer and getting a replacement belt on my 89 xj I realized I was a pulley short, picked up the pulley but I'm still short the bolt. Anyone happen to know the specs of the bolt?

pretty sure theres a collar it rides on dont think regular bolt will have it
