The other day when i was on my way home, the car started up, idled and drove just fine but when i got there i parked it and noticed that it was now idling just above 2000 rpm, it was late so i left it... The next day i f***ed with the throttle cable an adjusted the idle now it seems to be fine again.. what gives?

 

i had this problem on my first jeep. the choke gets stuck open

 

i'll just hit it with some choke cleaner
