Help me identify this body tag from my 1991 XJ. Located in the area of the lower left front fender. It is held on by the screw that attaches the lower portion of the fender to the brace that goes between the fender and lower radiator support. The left end of the air dam attaches to this brace. It appears to have been attached prior to body paint and then folded to fit when the fender flare was attached. I am curious as to what info the tag provides. There are 4 punches on this tag.

There must be someone here that knows the purpose of this body tag/plate.
