Default IAC wiring help

I own a 2001 4L auto. I want to know if the wiring from the IAC goes to the most forward plug of the PCM/ECU. I am thinking of rewiring to solve my stalling issue at idle. There are four wires coming from the IAC plug.

I did replace the IAC motor with a Crown motor still stalled. I just rewired the open/corroded wires going from the IAC plug to the forward plug of the pcm. It still stalls. The jeep stalls right before it gets to operating temp. Once warm it doesn't stall. You think maybe a O2 sensor? No codes.

1999 through 2004 Jeep 4 wire idle air control adapter to 2 wire 2008 adapter

To convert a 4-wire Idle Air Control (IAC) adapter from a 1999-2004 Jeep to a 2-wire adapter for a 2008 Jeep, you will need to do the following:
  1. Identify the wires on both adapters - the 1999-2004 adapter will have four wires (two power wires and two ground wires), while the 2008 adapter will have two wires (one power wire and one ground wire).
  2. Connect the power wire on the 2008 adapter to one of the power wires on the 1999-2004 adapter. You can use a butt connector or solder the wires together.
  3. Connect the ground wire on the 2008 adapter to one of the ground wires on the 1999-2004 adapter. Again, you can use a butt connector or solder the wires together.
  4. The remaining power and ground wires on the 1999-2004 adapter will not be used and can be taped off or capped with wire nuts.
  5. Finally, plug the modified 4-wire adapter into the 2-wire IAC valve on your 2008 Jeep.
