Small rubber (or sometimes plastic) tubing, carries vacuum from the intake manifold to various places.

Make sure there aren't any hoses or electrical connectors near where you were working that aren't connected to anything. They should all go somewhere.
Check the ends of the vacuum lines where they attach to the intake manifold, making sure there are no cracks or leaks.
Also listen for any whistling or sucking-air sounds that would indicate a vacuum leak.
You can spray carb cleaner on suspected leaks, if the idle speed changes there's a leak there.

It all looks okay to my knowledge. I think I will go ahead and change out the IAC ?

INstalled a new Iac, it seems to have fixed my probelms.

yep lol thank you... hey do you happen to know where I can purchase body panels?.. I was in a collision and need to replace front bumper, header panel, grille, and bumper ends.

Rock Auto probably carries most of that. I know they have front and rear bumpers. The shipping might be a killer though.
Alternative would be scrapyard parts, or checking with a local body shop to see if they have a good source for aftermarket parts.

Ok I found a source in Canada that is good. I have another question for you though. On the front the plastic bumper ends extend across the length of the bumper, like kind of underneath, do you know what that is called? I cant seem to find it.
