I am looking to regear my cherokee to either 4.56s or 4.88s i am not sure what would be better. It is my daily driver it is lifted 4.5 with 33 inch tires automatic. I read that 4.56 would be better for gas milage and get me back to stock gearing, but 4.88 would give me more power and a little worse mpg. i am not to big on the mpg i also read that 4.88 would be harder on my motor and tranny. And when i do regear do i need to regear both axles or what i am new to all this so alll the help i can recieve is much appreciated.

And in the near future im gonna be posting my build on my rig it looks a lot better and runs a hellava lot better than when i got it.
