Default I want to do a 4.7L Stroker!

I found on here somewhere someone was giving all the specs on what is used! Anyone know where that is?

Also, What kind of Tuning is required with implanting a 4.7L in to my '99 XJ

How much hp and tq does it put out at the wheels? Estimate number?
