I ordered a set of soft eights today they are 16x8 with a 5 inch back spacing and thats where I think I messed up .Will it rub with 265-75-16 ?And also it has a 3 inch lift.

yep, way too deep should be more like 3.5" or so.

you should get away with running 265's, but any wider and it will rub.
you may get a little rubbing on the lca at full turn.

ideally, you want about 4 inch bs for those.

Thanks guys thats what I was thinking would be the case guess I will eat the shiping sending them back to summit. O well live and learn LOL.

265/75/16 might rub on the fender a bit too. that tire is 31.7" tall.
