I.O.D. Causing massive battery draw

I.O.D. Causing massive battery draw

A couple weekends ago jeeps battery was flat dead. I did a draw test today and the I.O.D. fuse was drawing 320mA. What does the fuse do? I pulled it and everything still works, I'm very confused.

Your Factory Service Manual explains it.

You need to post the year and basic details of your Cherokee.
