Default I know, there's been 1000 others, injector question

So I've decided to do the injector swap on my 2000 XJ, just wanted to be 100% certain, are these the right ones? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-...Q5fAccessories

That's what I was coming up with too the Orange Ford's from crown vic's.

I haven't done it but that seems to be what you want for 99-01 xj's.

I believe the 784's are the 4 hole, the fords are single hole but better atomization.

I can't tell you for sure

Those are the Ford alternative to the 784's and will work in your 2000. Just make sure they're properly cleaned, tested, and have new o-rings and filters in them before installing.

So the Orange Ford ones or the Chrysler 784's will work for the 1998?-2001?

Is one of them significantly better than the other?

Is there place you can get new o-rings? is that something you can get from Napa?

Thanks

Nathan

Those orange ones will work in a '00 as an upgrade but put out less flow per minute than the standard 784's...The orange Ford 917's flow at about 212 cc/min while the 784's flow at 238 cc/min. Bottom line is those orange ones are a step up from the stock '00 XJ injectors but not as much as the 784's. But they would look cooler in you engine compartment.

These would be a good compromise though. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Injec...item4cf5a59de6
