I hydro-locked it today
so me and a buddy decided to run some mud and puddles well like an idiot i head for the biggest puddle i could and gunned it and proceeded to suck water into the intake, pulled me out, pulled the plugs, cleared out the water, no start, tightened batt connections, no start, dried the cap, no start, tested the wires for spark and i have it, so that leads me to the final idea that i just ruined my plugs. im goin to get new plugs tomorrow, so my question is, is there anything else i need to do to dry it out other than taking the entire engine apart and then drying it and then rebuilding it?

I would be surprised if all the plugs were ruined because of some water, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to change them since they are not expensive.
Four things needed in proper proportion for engine to run: Fuel, air, spark, and timing.
Are you sure its getting fuel? Did you clean out your airbox and replace the filter?
