Default I gotta leak. Any suggestions

I just discovered I am leaking trans fluid from where the dipstick tube meets the trans fluid pan. I have asked the parts houses and local jy's about a tube and dipstick but none or the before mentioned have or can get them. Is this dealer item or one I must just stumble across. Its a 4.0 auto just for ya info. Thanks in advance.

Is it the tube or the seal? I've seen if you pull the tube out and put it back in you can damage the seal or rides up the tube causing a huge leak.

I assume its the seal. I have never removed it or anything unless mechanic did when they installed the new engine.

if you paid someone to do this have him fix it. Although it's pretty easy but you need to drain some of the fliuid and pull the tube out about 2 inches to change the seal .

Even if the tube was not removed during the engine install, just moveing it can cause it to leak. Just pull the bolts holding it and move it up and match the Oring. When putting it back DON'T use SILLYCONE on it! Can do bad thing to the valve body!

Thanks for the advice yall. Think after examing a litle closer I'm just gonna have it rebuilt and all new seals and everything installed. Found a used tube and dipstick so that will be thrown on also. Here's a few pics (sorry for the crap, its a blackberry).
Look how much fluid I'm leaking

And on the ground

It drips on my exhaust. Constant smoke until its about out of fluid
