Are your tires balanced? check your u-joints,check your trac bar, could be the beggining of the dreaded DW.

Is it an automatic? If so, it could be the lock-up torque converter. It locks up around that speed. JMO.

Would that be in the front or the back? I was just under mine last night and notice one of the rubber peices under the anti-sway bar (trac bar?) was just about all broken up, and have a very similar problem around 45-50 mph, have checked tire balancing in one tire, (had a blowout, guy I bought it from plugged the sidewall on the inward side of the front tire, thanks buddy) that was day 2 of owning it. It did seem to lower the shake pre DW.

First thing I would check, would be the tires. Maybe lost a weight, or a shifted belt. Pull them off one at time and roll across a flat cement spot. Should go relatively straight. If it does a circle and hits you in the back, there's something wrong! It's free, and will eliminate that possiblity........................................ JMO!
