Default Hvac vaccum actuator thing

Its connected to the vacuum system and I think it has something to do with the hvac system. It's making a clicking sound, is it normal? It never did this before, but it annoys me... What do you think?

Good thing Cruiser54 hasn't seen this; he'd be all over it like flies on a watermellon.

Yeah, I know fram sucks, isn't it amazing what some black grippy stuff can do to sell them? What do you guys use? I looked at a wrench off k&n one time, but I probably wouldn't use a wrench to do it, don't wanna over tighten. I hear the frams are very restrictive.

For the fram filter, They aren't restrictive they have a bad drain back valve inside and let the oil drain out and cause a dry start. Plus they use crap filter medium. You can run Mopar, Wix or the Napa Gold filters and you will be fine or any other high quality filter. Plus once you get rid of the fram I bet you will see a slight oil pressure increase.

If you never tighten more than 2/3 turn after the gasket contacts the base, you'll never over torque. Peeps that feel the need to wrench a filter on just like causing themselves problems.
