How's my alignment look?

It's a 2000 xj sport 4x4, 163k miles. I just had my alignment check cause I've had, what I believe is feathering, on the front tires only on the outside edges. Does this look in spec?

How does 0.02 + 0.02 toe = 0.03 total?
Left camber is close to the limit, IIRC the factory limit is -0.75? Did they find anything loose or worn? Stock tire sizes?

Only worn part they said was shocks. As for the .03 total, one of the .02s were going from 1-2 right as I took the pic so I think it just didn't change the total yet. Also yes, 215/75/15
