How to remove drum brake pivot pin

How to remove drum brake pivot pin
Anybody know how to get the pivot pin (which the adjuster level sits on) out of the old brake shoes? I can't tell if it's just really rusted in there and I should tap it out, or if it supposed to unscrew or what.
