ill post the pics on here when im home but as far as materials, that would be up to the buyer and obviously effecting price. the ones you see are a bit over kill, 7 gauge for the fender armor, and 1 inch tube with 16 gauge connecting tube and fender.

so i priced it out, its going to cost me about 350 for front and 350 for rear. thats 7 gauge plate, 1 1/4 tube and 10 gauge fill. it takes about 14 hours per set and can be marked down if thinner materials are used. each will be custom made to order so it may take up to a week for your specific set. i would have to price a whole 4 piece set at around 699 + tax and shipping.
that is much cheaper than most places ive seen.
http://www.fullsizexjgear.com/Genrig...rightmenu.html this place has just a rear set at 399.99
i hope the price dosent scare people away

Wow steel by u is almost the same price as gold! When u get back u should shop around and find some different suppliers. By me it would cost a 1/4 of that. But I'm in the great state of WI. If u are too check out pail steel in pailmira.

well thats steel, labor, shop fees( electric, gas for tourch, and other things) trust me i didnt expect it to come out near that. the steel is 74.50 for the 7 gauge for all four, the pipe is 75 and the 10 gauge is only about 30 bucks. the killer is the other things that go into making the stuff. im gonna shop for better steel prices and see what i can get out of the whole thing. again these are just in the beginning process so final price might be less. who knows
