Default How much lift do I have?

Is there a way to know exectly how much lift you have? I am wanting to add a bit more but I dont know how much I have at the moment. The guy i bought it from said it had a 3 of 3 1/2" and he was just going off what he was told by the guy he bought it from. can i measure the distance between the unibody rails to the ground or something?

Thanks

If you still have the stock fender flares you can measure from the center of the hub (wheel) to the bottom edge of the flare. The stock measurement is 17 inches.

Measure from the ground to the bottom of the front passenger door. My '99 cherokee is stock with 225/75/15 tires and the bottom of the door measures 18 inches off the ground. Remember to take in to account the difference in tire size as well.

you wont need to account tire size if you measure from the hub to the flare. stock rear is 17", front is 17.5"

New from spring and AAL. I want to get a 2" spring spacer and matching shackle. I've been doing some research on the revolver style shackles to but I hear a lot of negative things about them. All from people that do more than I do in my jeep so I am still on the fence with the. I just with they added lift.
