Default How Much Improvement Over Stock Headlights

Okay well i have the original stock headlights on my 95 xj and there very dim. My passenger side has water droplets on the inside of the light. I can't decided on either the Sylvania XtraVision or the Silver Star. The silver star are $18 more a peice. Are they worth the upgrade? How much improvement am I looking at with the new lights?

Go Silverstars, unless you want to go HID... I got the STARS huge difference from stock, There is a write up on a harness upgrade you can do, even after you install new lights. They say it makes a big diff. I have not done the upgrade yet, thought I would soon, but the Stars are bright and white enough for me.

would upgrading the bulbs require perhaps some new wiring to go down?
