how to mark tc and driveplate?

Default how to mark tc and driveplate?

in the middle of taking the old motor out. auto trans. how do you mark the relationship between the torque convertor and driveplate?? is it that important?? 99 cherokee 4.0

not important ..... the torque converter will not make a difference which position its in...

Thats what i thought. Next question how do you get those top two d*m bell housing bolts out?? Ive been going at them for an hour now! I even have the head off and cant do anything with them!! Whats the trick??

A 30" extension and a impact swivel socket over the top of the trans or from the side

I bought wobble extensions, wobble sockets, locking extensions, wobble this, wobble that, u-joint extensions, everything under the sun, and after stripping out several reverse torx sockets, i got busy with my dremel....in 20 minutes i separated the engine from the bell housing...went back with grade 8 hex bolts!
