to keep it on the road? iv replaced clutch master/slave cyls and the line for them, rear yoke, both DL's ujoints, oil change, air filter, Tcase flush, battery, starter, heater blower motor control switch & plug ends, Im sure there was some other odds and ends in there.

178k and climbing on the '00. 153k on the '94. The previous '94 had around 230k on it.
What do I do to keep it on the road?? Change the oil, buy the right one the first time, and do a lot of research. Since the advent of the internet, it makes figuring out issues a ton easier since you can almost instantly find answers to some of the questions and find out what issues you are having are either common or rare occurances.
It doesn't take a lot to get a rig to go over 200k. My last car, the '92 Yota that my '00 replaced, had over 330k on it and it was still running strong when I sold it. As long as a PO took care of it, there shouldn't be any reason why it won't last that long or longer.

bought my 96 sport 4.0 with 225k and now have it up to just over 228k since november. it misfires here and there if i don't run injector cleaner in it. time for some 703s i guess.
also leaks oil like a **** but i just ordered a filter adapter o ring set and VC gasket so hopefully that'll take care of that issue.
i believe it's also still on the factory clutch (5spd)
my jeep has been so great since i bought it my old man bought one for himself. it's a 93 with around 180k on it. runs well too, just runs a bit warmer than mine does.
