how long does it take to pull a tranny

Pull and replace, at shop with lift, tranny stand, all the tools to resolve all the related problems that will arise (rotted lines, ujoint failings, etc) will take 3 hours to pull and replace. Could be hour less if all goes really really really well (that means you have all the inspection of related items complete and spare parts ready as may be needed. If there are surprises, it will take longer. To just pull one, say from a donor vehicle, not care about a reinstall, could be 1 hour if you work quick and focus. If it's a driveway job, could take days dependent upon the help, tools available, preparation, add one day if your brother in law helps (proven right Larry, lolololol).

laying on a creeper in the drive way 5 hours if all goes perfect,this is in and out with hand tools
