how to fix yoke to get jeep home?

Drill out the yoke and clamp the u-joint on with u-bolts, then run the u-bolt conversion mod and never worry about this happening again

know anybody else with an XJ that would let you borrow a driveshaft?
try and weld it with batteries
or tow strap it and try your luck

Hey man i had the same problem
u can pick up a ujoint repair kit from any parts store the package says its for ford but it will work

Id drill out the threads and use some ford u-bolt straps. I did that on a trail once when I snapped my factory strap bolts in the yoke. You need a new u-joint though, but hose arent hard to get even if its a 15 dollar cheapy itll get you home. Hell I just run the 20 dollar pepboy specials and keep 4 spares in the tool box since mines a trail rig now.
