How far can I tint the transmission/engine to gain access to upper t/c nuts.

Engine: 244 c.i.
How far can I tint the transmission/engine to gain access to upper t/c nuts.
Just wandering how far down I can tilt the transmission to gain access to the top bolts to remove the t/c. Thanks.
