I picked up my 89 xj about a month ago and it didn't have a transmission and a buddy of mine had a automatic tranny for it that he sold me for cheaper than it would be for me to go pull one from a junk yard only problem is it was a manual and the tranny I got is an automatic anyone know how hard it is to do that swap?

 

What kind of manual trans is it and what engine did it come from
