Question ? How do I Remove EFI for engine removal ?

I am trying to leave the EFI and manifold on the engine that I am pulling from my 95 to put in my 93 XJ.

Is this possible? When I pulled the engine from the 93 it resulted in all the little snappy brittle old plastic parts on the injectors breaking. I am trying to avoid this happening again.

From everything I am seeing it doesn't look like there is an easy way to do this.

Comments, lessons learned ANYTHING helpful is appreciated.

Go to you're favorite parts store and by the fuel line tool. About $10.

There is really no easy way of doing this IMO. I think you should remove what you can and get it down to the block and head. The parts are gonna be brittle as is and trying to remove the engine with them all attach is gonna be a PIA. You can leave the intake manifold on it, but the rest probably need to come off.

Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel rail. Just pinch and pull
