Default hot transmission tunnel (center console).

Driving around with all the windows open i still got heat from shift boot, transmission tunnel carpeting, and ebrake area. What gives its not burning hot but its annoying in 85 degree heat... anyone else got the same deal?

Running 31x10.5s with no lift. 4x4 works ignore the sig. i did the actuator mod to engage front diff all the time like 91up XJ's what gives here

Have you experienced a loss of power? If so you my have a bad CPS or worse a broken flexplate. This could cause the Jeep to run rich and turn your exhaust into a blow torch. Happened to me.

Mine doesn't get hot. I even tried to feel around the transmission tunnel area for any heat, I didn't feel anything.

i was under the truck the heat comes from the tranny i got a 5 speed ba 10 piece of yeah so about 30 mins after letting car cool off the trans was still pretty warm. t/c was cool. Fabbing up a heat shield would be ideal but unless it was a 2 piece it looks like it would be a pain to get over the trans i didnt really look into it too much
