Its Connect to the coolant reservoir ...Do not know what its called??

I don't know the technical name for it but if you need a new one
take it off and go down to the part place they will have a big roll to cut the length you need

its OK to drive with it off for a little while

I think it's called a coolant overflow hose. Had the same problem before I replaced the fan shroud. Best way to do it is to get it some bulk hose cut from the local parts store. It's 1/4 inch inside diameter, and you'll need 50 inches of it (may want to get an inch or two more to be safe). Good trick to keep it away from the fan is to get some wire and wind it around the hose and top mounting plate over the radiator. Hope this helps.
