Default Horn, wipers and A/C blower motor not working

I have a 1987 Cherokee. The wipers, horn and a/c blower motor all went out at the same time. I replaced the relays under the hood and replaced the turn signal flasher in the fuse panel. All fuses are good. The 4 way flashers work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Instead of the shotgun approach, it's usually better to diagnose one electrical circuit at a time. If all the fuses, wiring and connections (circuit grounds are the most important) are good, only thing left to fail is a switch.

Got a DMM & wiring diagram?
