Default Horn and turn signals cut out after adjusting drag link?

I adjusted my drag link to center my steering wheel and I believe afterwards the horn and turn signals stopped working. What would cause this? Also my wiper motors wont spray fluid..possibly related?

Did you check fuses?
If it were me, I would start by checking fuses, then to see if I may have snagged and damaged some wires during the repair. With that many new issues right after the repair, I would imagine it's going to be something related and pretty easy for you to track down. Good luck, hope you find it quickly and it's an easy fix.
