Ok guys ill throw another one at ya.
when pushing down the switch for the horn (center of steering wheel on my 94 XJ) i can hear what sounds like the horn relay under the dash clicking like its closing. Now, i believe the horn is behind the driver side headlight, am i correct?
Also, could i be having another prob? The cruise doesnt work either although ive never used cruise or cared to have it so no prob.
Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

The clicking that you're hearing IS the horn relay, and that means that you have power to at least there. The relay,or horn itself could be bad, or just a broken wire. Should be pretty easy to track down. HTH!! Later!!

Horn is below the left headlight and the horn relay is a grounding relay at least on mine it is so that means the horn has constant power and the relay grounds the horn. you caan trace from the relay to the horn or from the horn back to the relay. But somewhere you have lost your ground.
