My horn is not working. Replaced the horn. The relay works manually when I open the fuse box and press it, the horn sounds. The button on the steering wheel is not working. Could the horn wire to the steering wheel be broken? The airbag light is not on, so I'm assuming the clockspring is fine.

I can take the cover off of the relay and then click this (for lack of technical terms) white thing that touches a copper thingy mabob, and then the horn sounds.
I'm going to get a new relay and see if it works.
