So after the storms we had something fell off a tree and dented my hood up in the middle up by the center plastic trim, Hood pops and i can lift it to a point but it bends back on the plastic and looks like it will break the plastic piece. It looks like I need to pound the dent a bit to make it work properly, my question is how do i do this and how do i detach my wiper arms to take the plastic piece off? Thanks

 

Theres a little tab sticking out of the wiper arm on the bottom just put a flat head in there open it and pull the arm off it looks like an L
