I was going to give these a shot, yeah pricey but worth it. Would fit my Jeep well.

Any advice for hood vents that I can open and close? I dont want to put them on because it takes forever to warm up in 0*F weather as-is, but if I could close them in the winter it would be totally worth it.
And i know that i could make a block-off plate for them, but I also would like to open/close them when it is raining. I was thinking HVAC house vents but that seems super ghetto...
