anybody got any pics of any tow hooks that they made. i need some and would rather just make some rather than buy a hitch.

 

i am lucky enough to have a hith already on, but this is what i just made.

it is a two inch stinger and i took the ball off, and put a 6.5 ton military surplus shackle on using a 7/8 Grade 8 bolt. i used plastikote to paint it. i like it alot.

lol for sure. i had that stinger sittin around the shop. i bought the shackle bolt/nut/washers and the plastikote for about $15.
