lol well the story goes, i was trying to mount some extra tie down points in the back so i can strap down my tools and the screws wernt drawing tight so i pulled em and thought i smelled alot of gas so i took a coat hander and sure as **** it was covered in gas so i cut out a small piece of the carpet and its just two small holes so i went and got some jb weld epoxy putty and just pushed it into the holes a bit to seal it up. apparently there isnt any room at all between the floor and the tank!!!! too bad i learned this the hard way

BE REALLY CAREFUL WELDING THAT!!! Nuff said.

A "new" tank shouldn't be too expensive.
