Question Hockey puck write-up?

Does anyone have a hockey puck write-up? I'm trying to get my ducks in a row so i can study and do it right the first time when I get rid of the pinto.

Just drill a hole and mount them up. Or glue them.

Why do you put hockey pucks in your coils?

it stops uptravel so tires do not come in contact with fenders. you can use pucks or longer rubber bumpstops. we choose pucks because longer bumpstops usually rub against the coil springs when flexing.

Those are mine. Took about 5 minutes to make. If you'll notice I recessed the bolts so that they don't hit the upper snubber. I don't know if it matters much, but it gives me piece of mind.
I know people are saying to glue them and what not, but it really isn't hard to drill a hole in the coil buckets, if you have the coils out.
Knowing they are bolted in also gives me piece of mind.
