Default High Pitched Squeal on the road

I noticed that my 96 Cherokee has a high pitched squeal coming from the engine compartment or front end. It some times quits on a bump, not always, and doesn't become noticeable until 25-35 MPH and seems to quit above 65 MPH but not always. When going between 1-10 MPH I can hear what sounds like some grinding.

Some additional information- Ruled out belts and pulleys since it doesn't do it in park when I rev the engine. Can't tell if its the transmission as I can't pinpoint the problem while driving and it's noticeable outside when I roll down the window. My best estimation is the front axle but not sure which part. Does it in 2 wheel drive. Just looking for a few suggestions to check out and pin point it before I deploy. Just broke the 200K mark too!

Check your wheel bearings in the front.
