Check your harmonic balancer for rubber coming out, and your water pump for excessive play. If you have WD40 on your serpentine pulleys, they ALL need to be cleaned %100 and a NEW belt bought. If the belt looks wet at all throw it out, it probably has WD40 on it and will never grip the pulleys. Also check your idler pulley and your AC clutch/AC bypass pulley by spinning by hand with the belt off.
