High and low beams

How can I keep the lows on with the highs? I have a 96

Don't.

1) There's no measurable benefit to doing so.

2) With both filaments in the same capsule, the filaments will overheat. You'll go through headlamps like popcorn.

What are you trying to do?

When I click the highs on and hold the lever there its alot brighter but I'm retarded because there's only one bulb... I guess this is what I get for posting a thread this late at night haha
