Default high idle still

I've replaced the IAC, TPS, CPS, MAP, both 02 sensors, cap rotor, plugs, wires fuel filter, exhaust manifold, muffler, still high idle. I had normal idle for about 3 days then it came back, I actually replaced the TPS three times!!! all vacuum lines are intact throttle body is spotless clean. I'm at a loss.
