high idle after warm up

high idle after warm up
So the beast fires up and idles normally. After a short trip and shes up to temp the idle goes up to aprox. (no tach) 1100 maybe 1500. Driving in SoCal traffic this is killing my fuel milage. Any suggestions. I hada hard start problem a few weeks ago and cleaned the IAC and throttle body which were really carboned up. Any suggestions? Coolant temp sensor or TPS?
