hi output alternator

i just bought a 220 amp alternator and i know i have to upgrade the battery cables but is there any thing else i have to upgrade thanks for any imput 1993 cherokee 4.0 ho

that is alot of pop. the only thing id recomend is when running new 4ga wire from alt to fuse box throw in a inline 150amp fuse

A 220A alternator will need at least a 225A fuse.

If you want a wiring kit, I can fix you up. And, as it happens, I have a couple of 250A ANL fuses on hand (from a mis-order.)
