Hi!-new guy with questions
I just got this 98 from a family member and I'm trying to figure it out
It flunked the smog test yesterday due to evap canister issues (sorry, no codes as yet)
I've got a Chilton manual and it tells me the 98 is a one year wonder with the evap cannister by the rear wheel
My 1st question
How do I confirm whether it's a CA or 49 state vehicle? Nothing special on the door sticker, but the catalyst tag under the hood says it confirms to 49 state and CA regs
The vacuum diagrams in the Chilton point to a CA vehicle
