Default Hi Lift Jack Mounting

I looked in search area and did not see what I need. So is there anyone have pics of how they mounted their Hi Lift Jacks. Some info on my rig I have a 6X6 front bumper with two lights installed on the top of it, a mount for my D-ring and thats it for the front. Onto the back bumper its a 2X4 metal with nothing on it but its real close to my hatch. Any suggestions will save me a bunch of headaches.
