I was on my way home from work when my xj decided to start hesitating above 65 and i thought it cut out so i pulled over and put it in park and it was still running so i put it in drive and took off got it back up to 65 and it did stumble a bit till i let off the pedal and it was normal so it drives fine at low speeds so im thinking its my tps ill bet testing it tomorrow after work any idea's? ? And no cel on at all

Ive had bad gas cause a pretty serious engine stumble... And when I forgot to add gas line antifreeze and the tank was near empty and the temperature was -23F....

I filled up monday morning and put a bottle of heat in so i know its not bad fuel i think its the tps cause every time id give it more then halt throttle it would hesitate above 65 idk ill figure it out tomorrow after work im gona swap out the tps anyway its under lifetime warranty

TPS or fuel pressure, fuel pump could be getting tired. When was the last time you did the fuel filter?

New pump and regulator,filters last weekend and it was running great for two days
