its a 96 4.0l h.o 5speed, bought it like this says it was a procomp 4 or 4.5 but i dunno. heres a couple pictures and a couple of the two rear tires on the back a blast from that past firestone all terrain tx, popular in the late 80's couldnt find one picture of them.
Going to be my project i got a new front bumper grill headlight housing, signals, for 90 bucks at a pick and pull, still need to get a new starter and steering wheel airbag popped. its got cruise, a/c, have never really been into jeeps was into rangers. been out of the 4x4 scene for a few years now. :) any info you can help with will be appreciated. Oh and the tires in those pictures are 31"x10.50/15
Probably right with the 4", but the rear seems like it might be sagging a little.
I was thinking the same thing, Then i was thinking about the fenders just being poorly chopped, if i look at the body lines they are abit higher on the back if looking at it level.
Yeah, since the fenders are chopped i was going off the body line as well.
does it run the radiator might be banged a little
Well thanks :).. Trying to decide if i'm gonna go with 31"s 32's or 33's.
was also gonna pull a starter from junkyard but figure might just go with new, gonna get it fixed up and go like an army green |
Yep it runs.. radiator seems to be ok, it has a slight bend in it but no leaks.
Man, I wish they hadn't painted it. Teal is my fav o rite crayon.
thats good i thought the radiator would be cracked
Nope seems to be holding fine, not on the road as of yet gotta get some new tires, and put the front togeather. Cant wait to take this thing out :)
