what are thos little metal things in the pic and what do you guys think about this lift

Leaf spring clamps. They keep the leaf spring aligned and together.

It seems like a good complete kit for that height. if you check out rough country, they have a 3" kit with full leaf packs for $20 more, but doesn't include lower arms.

If your rear leaf springs are in good shape, then the superlift kit would do well on your jeep.
